Please keep in mind – our games are a challenge for adults, so groups of younger kids may not be as successful with their escape as a group of teens or adults would be. Because of the difficulty of our games, we do require AT LEAST ONE ADULT to play along with the group if players are younger than 13.

What is an escape room?

While the task is challenging, the ultimate goal is simple — work together to escape in 60 minutes or less! No doubt you’ll have an adrenaline pumping good time testing your wits as you solve puzzles, decode messages and find clues. What is the cost?
Do you offer discounts?
- If you are having a birthday within 7 days of your scheduled game date, use the code BIRTHDAY50 to receive your ticket for half price.
- If you are an active service member, we offer a 10% discount for your ticket. Use code MILITARY10.
- If you are an employee with WVU Medicine, we offer a 10% discount for your ticket. Use code WVUMEDICINE10.
- We also offer a 10% large group discount for teams booking more than 25 players, but you've gotta call in to redeem this one.
How do I book a game?
Games can be booked right here on our website. You may also call in to make your reservation, but must be comfortable giving your card information over the phone as all experiences are pre-paid. Our Game Masters are not present at our facility unless they have a game booked. Because of this, our games are typically made unavailable for booking about 1.5-2 hours before their start time.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes and no. We are open by appointment only - so there is only someone at the shop when we have a game booked. Sometimes you may get lucky and catch us while there is a game booked, but we suggest booking your game in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
Do I need to book my game in advance or the day of?
Do you accept donation requests?
We do often donate to charitable causes within the community! But as you can imagine, we receive multiple requests every month. To ensure we are able to accommodate all of these requests, our policy for donation requests is as follows:
We will donate the same amount that you are willing to buy. For example: you purchase a gift card for two people and we will donate a gift card for two people. You would then be able to raffle off either a single four-person game or 2 two-person games. We can do this in any increments you desire.
